My name is Christoph Kopowski.
I am a qualified business economist and Business Analyst with more than fifteen years of experience in IT and organisational consulting.
I am known for a calm, precise and considered consulting style.
My work focuses on bringing structure to complexity, making organisations and processes understandable, and guiding projects with clarity and reliability. For me, good processes emerge from careful analysis, clear language and a respectful way of working together.
My core expertise lies in the analysis, modelling and optimisation of business processes, always with the aim of creating solutions that are efficient, transparent and sustainable over time. I work confidently in both agile and classical project environments and provide orientation in demanding situations where multiple topics and stakeholders converge.
As a Business Analyst, I combine analytical rigour with methodological clarity. I translate business requirements into structured, comprehensible models and act as a reliable interface between business units, IT and project organisations.
I have gained project experience across a range of industries, in particular financial services, IT services, industrial organisations and premium retail environments. Earlier work with SAP FI/CO and Microsoft Dynamics AX provides a solid technical foundation and allows me to assess functional requirements and systemic interdependencies with confidence.
I work primarily in a remote setting, where I am able to operate with particular clarity and concentration.
For workshops, key project phases or in-person engagements, I am equally available on site – flexible, reliable and with the necessary presence.
I mainly support clients in the DACH region, as well as selected projects in the United Kingdom. Through my close connection to British working culture and professional standards, I am familiar with expectations, communication styles and ways of collaboration in international environments.
